Victoria Truth Centre

Victoria Truth Centre is a New Thought spiritual centre celebrating its 75th anniversary in downtown Victoria.

Sometimes confused with New Age, New Thought is a century’s old philosophy of “healthy mindedness” and “positive thinking” which blends traditions of eastern meditation and western spiritual values. We believe there is one source, one power and one energy in life and find this view in increasingly being embraced by many of today’s contemporary spiritual writers. A portion to our 11 am Sunday service is a meditative silence.

In addition to being the new home of the Pumpkin Art display, Victoria Truth Centre is also an active supporter of the Arts of Greater Victoria. Ballet Victoria is a major tenant at Victoria Truth Centre, which also serves as a testing facility for the Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival and the Royal Conservatory of Music.
